I joined Ripped about 1.5 years ago. I’ve always enjoyed being active, but life had got really busy prior to that. I spent the previous 4 years having 2 beautiful babies, going to school part-time, and working. I was about to finish grad school and knew that my next goal would be getting fit. To me, this meant losing the remaining stubborn baby weight and finding something that wouldn’t just get me a little bit skinnier, but would help me tone up.

I found Ripped through ClassPass and immediately became addicted. Their combo of strength training with cardio has made a huge difference in my results. The instructors make lifting weights less intimidating and ensure you’re doing it safely. Plus, they motivate you to get out of your comfort zone, encouraging you (often by name) when it’s getting tough. 

I am in the best shape ever now. Coupled with healthier eating habits, I lost my target weight within a few months of starting. And since then I’ve gotten stronger and have seen my body transform in ways I didn’t know was possible. I even show off to my husband now that I can do pull-ups for the first time in my life. My workouts have also become my “me time” that keep me balanced and helps me feel I’m instilling healthy habits in my kids. I’m so thankful to have found Ripped and be part of its amazing community.
